Hotel is pretty nice, rooms are modern with a lot of space and balcony, wellness has two pools, jacuzzi and sauna, so everything is good but I don't want to recommend the restaurant here, food wasn't good at all, waitress can't speak english and didn't offer anything to us. I had to ask her if I can order a beer, expected cold beer as a standard but beer has room temperature. Waiting time 40 minutes for a soup is a bit too much and the restaurant was empty, no people here so I don't want to imagine how long it would last if there were other people. Soup and the main course came at the same moment so it's uncomfortable. Restaurant isn't good, you can find better choices around but hotel and SPA is okay for the price.
Good hotel based in the down part of Karpacz. Nice atmosphere, good food during Christmas. Traditional WIGILIA dinner.
Great placement and great receptionist ready to help you with evrything. Really helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Only thing I was sad of was cold water in jacuzzi and also cold sauna. Except that, all good!
Really cosy clean hotel. The breakfast offer was amazing and Spa was very good and clean. I might come back happily again.

Breakfast was poor...Fruits were for several people, first come first served. There was no extra charge....
Coffee 24 hours a day, cakes and pastries are just that and even more.
Hard cookies and cake. They deliver what's left from breakfast and it will take a few days until someone from the staff takes it....
The nicest people in the hotel are the blonde lady from the reception, and the second one is the gentleman who served and took away dirty dishes....
He was fragrant, smiling and had a positive attitude towards people.

A nice, large hotel with a swimming pool and a good restaurant. Unfortunately, the gym is a rudimentary form with faulty equipment. A bowling alley with broken balls and billiard tables swinging from side to side as if they were not screwed together. The swimming pool is ok, well-kept and pleasant. Good restaurant, varied and rich breakfasts. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There is 24-hour access to coffee and tea in the lobby. The hotel is located quite far from the center and the slopes, so everywhere can be reached by car or bus. To sum up, the hotel is nice and pleasant, but requires maintenance work and repairs to elements of the recreational area. Price from PLN 500 per night per room, you could expect a little more, but it's ok. I recommend it.
